The Role


Do you want to be part of a strategic project, focused on innovation and excellence, delivering client value? In "Corporate Risk and Broking" we support companies in effective risk and insurance management.

Considering the client's corporate goals, we develop robust and economical strategies to mitigate risks, transferring them to insurers.


From day one, you will be assigned your own responsibilities, giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to build up valuable experience and skills.

You will have opportunities to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and will be able to gain a solid understanding of what we do and how we do it.


As a Claims Assistant, your key responsibility will be to carry out claims management operations, within the framework of a standardized and normalized procedure.


What will you do?
You'll be working on real client projects performing the following
tasks:

  • Registration of the FNOL (First notification of Loss)
  • Instruction of the file on receipt of the documents required to process the claim
  • Potential appointment of a loss adjuster
  • Compensation of the claim (settlement while respecting the client's commitments: deadline and quality)
  • Ensuring the daytoday relationship with (internal) clients (telephone and written) relating to the contracts for which he/she is responsible.
  • Depending on the amount, taking decisions, or referring the case to his/her team leader
  • Informing the client of ongoing actions
  • Updating statistical reports

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly driven with solid interpersonal skills. A colleague looking to join in a large and dynamic organization.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
  • Knowledge of the basics of insurance contracts is an advantage
  • Knowledge of motor insurance line of business
  • Relational and writing skills

  • Analytical skills and ability to synthesize
  • Autonomy
  • French proficiency minimum B2 expected C1
