***: Broadvoice is looking for a Junior QA Analyst to join our growing team in Portugal.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Analyze product use cases and work with software developers to identify critical test scenarios for each software increment.
Document test scenarios.
Participate in Product Requirement Reviews and help identify requirement gaps before development starts.
Work with development team to identify key test cases.
Contribute ideas for improving product usability.
Compile and communicate quality KPIs such as Change Failure Rate and Bug Escape Rate.
Suggest ideas for process and quality improvement.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

Bachelors in information systems, computer science, or similar.
Strong attention to detail.
Prior experience in quality control on a highly technical product.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Meaningful experience with xRay and API test frameworks.
Experience with testing on CCaaS/UCaaS platforms.
Expertise in VoIP related protocols (SIP, SDP, RTP) will be considered a plus.
Experience with signaling analysis tools (e.g. Wireshark, sngrep, Homer) will be considered a plus.
