- Preparar, confeccionar e decorar os doces e sobremesas;
- Organizar e coordenar o trabalho realizado na secção;
- Gerir o stock e efectuar encomendas de produtos;
- Cumprir com as normas de higiene e segurança no trabalho;
- Inovar e criar novas receitas e especialidades;
- Zelar pela limpeza da pastelaria, dos utensílios e dos demais equipamentos;
- Supervisionar a saída dos pedidos para clientes, certificandose que estes estão de acordo com os pedidos e standards de confecção;
- Colaborar no processo de aquisição de equipamentos e utensílios, tornandose responsável pelo seu correto uso e conservação.
- Habilitações literárias ao nível do 12o ano;
- Apresentação cuidada;
- Forte apetência profissional para o trabalho em equipa e por objetivos;
- Flexibilidade e organização;
- Experiência profissional comprovada;
- Formação em HACCP;
- Formação em Pastelaria;
- Facilidade de deslocação;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar ao sábado.
- Possibilidade de progressão mediante realização de objetivos;
- Horário fixo (entrada entre as 06h00 e as 06h30);
- 2 folgas semanais, com folga fixa ao domingo;
- Vencimento de acordo com a experiência demonstrada.
