    Job Overview:

    As a Lean Industrial Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing the TE Global Auto Lean Industrial Design principles across various program development phases. Your primary objective is to drive each new program towards achieving the highest quality, cost, delivery performance (QCDP) standards in series production.

    , In this dynamic and challenging position, You will be responsible for driving implementation of Global Auto lean industrial design principles during Program Development , Industrialization and Launch phases with goal to achieve QCDP., Drive launch KPIs related to operations: Work packages OTD (On time delivery), MPT on time & costs,
    The ideal candidate should have/be:
    • 'list-style-type:square;'>Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
    • (At least 7 years of experience including Programs manufacturing engineering or Production)
      • ' Leadership skills – Strong analytical problem-solving skills- decision making networking communication computer interpersonal skills
      , Must be able to work effectively at different levels of organization as well external partners/vendors。.
