Your Profile:

You are fluent in French with excellent communication skills in English (B2).
Strong focus on customer needs.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Strong communication, problemsolving and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask and think critically.
You are positive and empathetic.

Good interpersonal skills.
Wellorganized.

Your responsibilities:

Understand potential client issues and needs.
Offer highquality assistance to customers.
Help provide improved and more efficient solutions.
Build your knowledge and experience to ensure that customers have a positive experience with Service Desk.
Resolve issues and address complaints.
Answer standard questions.
Possibility to travel from time to time to meet clients.
