Your Profile:
- You are fluent in French with excellent communication skills in English (B2).
- Strong focus on customer needs.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, problemsolving and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and think critically.

- Good interpersonal skills.
- Wellorganized.
Your responsibilities:
- Understand potential client issues and needs.
- Offer highquality assistance to customers.
- Help provide improved and more efficient solutions.
- Build your knowledge and experience to ensure that customers have a positive experience with Service Desk.
- Resolve issues and address complaints.
- Answer standard questions.
- Possibility to travel from time to time to meet clients.
