We are offering a Customer Service Specialist (M/F/d) function within our Road Logistics Team at our site located in Porto.

Your Role :As a Road Logistics Customer Service Specialist (M/F/d), you will be responsible for handling road import orders from A to Z. This includes close monitoring of operational records in our operating system, accurate management of all order documentation, and providing excellent service toward customers along the whole forwarding process. Furthermore, you will work actively to optimize the productivity and service level of our customers.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage operational files from start to finish;
Actively plan and coordinate your working day, taking ownership of the business you manage operationally;
Assist and advise customers of shipments, arrival, clearances, and deliveries;
Take ownership of your operational accounts;
Proactive in your response to service status;
Cooperating with other KN offices to ensure accurate exchange of information;
Maintain a suitable level of data entry;
Ensure compliance with Road Logistics KPIs and Data Quality guidelines.

Your Skills and Experiences:

A secondary degree or solid experience in Logistics/Supply Chain;
A minimum of 2 years experience in the Logistics Industry (preferred);
Operations knowledge (preferred);
Minimum intermediate level of English knowledge (written & spoken) and native Portuguese;
MS

Office Knowledge:
Explorer, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;

Customer Oriented; Excellent Planning and Organizing Skills; Positive mindset; Strong team player.
