    HR Support Specialist Role

    We are seeking a diligent HR support specialist to contribute to the smooth functioning of our organization's human resources department. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment-related administrative duties.
     
    Schedule Interviews and Coordinate Recruitment Tasks
    • Draft and issue employment contracts, as well as other necessary HR documents.
     
    Administer Employee Benefits (Including Enrollment Guidance).

    1. Support payroll activities in collaboration with an external provider.
    2. Maintain accurate records for employee data within our systems, including absence management.
    3. Evaluate compliance with established HR policies and procedures
