We are recruiting a
Team Lead(f/m/d) to join our client's operation in Lisbon. Our client is a consulting company that offers management solutions, information technologies, and outsourcing to its clients. It is headquartered in Ireland with branches worldwide
Benefits:
- Employment contract with Kelly Services;
- Base salary + Meal allowance;

Working hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Note: 100% remote work.
What tasks does this role involve?
- Supervise daily operations to meet client requirements regarding turnaround time (TAT) and quality standards;
- Manage and oversee teams to ensure daily capacity requirements and production targets are met;
- Conduct daily Pre-Shift and Post-Shift meetings to discuss performance, process updates, and organizational initiatives;
- Provide daily guidance to team members on task management to enhance efficiency;
- Lead the team to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the process and client;
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective action plans as necessary;
- Collaborate with the training team to identify training needs and develop training plans. Work with Quality Analysts to address process gaps;
- Hold oneonone meetings with team members to address performance, grievances, career aspirations, and provide support and coaching;
- Provide insights and data for Weekly Business Review (WBR) and Monthly Business Review (MBR) presentations. Publish performance reports regularly;
- Implement a systematic approach to manage team leave and attendance accurately for billing purposes;
- Validate team time sheets fortnightly with 100% accuracy;
- Ensure adherence to security and client data protection measures and guide the team accordingly.
What qualifications should you have?
- Bachelor's degree with 36 years of work experience, preferably with 2 years in the relevant domain;
- Leadership Skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely;
- Active listening skills to understand team members' concerns and provide effective feedback;
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking;
- Ability to set performance goals and monitor team members' progress;
- Capacity to offer constructive feedback and coach team members for improvement;
- Proficiency in conducting performance evaluations and implementing improvement plans;
- Client and Stakeholder Management;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders;
- Ability to comprehend client expectations and manage relationships effectively;
