RTG Group is recruting a Logistics Operator.

As a member of RTG Group, the Logistics Operator will be responsible for managing online sales as well the entire transport service, shipping and complaints management process.

The Logistics Operator works closely with Business Clients and RTG's Commercial Department and Compliance Department.


Key Responsabilities:

• Mastery of the operation of freight forwarding platforms;
• Information for export processes (incoterms, taxes and fees for shipping destinations);
• Price negotiation for transport and export;
• Ability to quickly resolve problems with carriers, customs clearance processes and other situations involving delays or errors in deliveries;
• Ability to adjust cargo conditioning depending on quotes given by carriers;
• Report returns or problems with shipping;
• Work with the Shipstation and Shopify platform to manage shipments and generate documentation, labels and tracking for the customer;
• Work with the Rich Returns platform where customers can notify returns.

Requisitions:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in sales operations;
• Strong will to deliver excellent quality focused on support services that are accurate, rapid, ensure compliant operational procedures including financial consideration;
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
• Ability to quickly understand the business and take ownership of the assigned tasks;
• Highly energized, enthusiastic and able to deliver high quality under deadline pressure and in complex environments;
• High level of integrity and ethical approach to doing business;
• Organization skills;
• Great communication skills (oral and written);
• Fluent English (oral and written) is mandatory;
• Additional language skills are a plus.
