Tasks

Design and implement critical sec ops processes, including but not limited to, Incident Management, Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, Disaster Recovery
Augment existing SOC services, identifying service improvement opportunities and partnering with our MSSP deliver these; including cost optimisation.
Develop and mature event detection, incident response, and forensics capability and procedures
Review operation logs and event console activity to determine cause of securityrelated events / alerts, or to identify potential securityrelated events and alerts
Configure security alerts and monitoring tools to support alignment with security standards, organisational risk, and process

Requirements:

Experience reviewing actual or potential security breaches and vulnerabilities and investigating to provide recommendations to remediate and prevent
Experience in the investigation of operation logs and events to determine potential cause of securityrelated events and recommend mitigating actions
Experience in the identification, triage, remediation, and escalation of security incidents
