The Constellation Technology Team provides a group-wide set of Technology Products and Services across the Constellation Automotive Group.

    As a Change Analyst you will join a team who are responsible for the facilitation and governance of the Change Management process, including the analysis, QA and management of change requests within the Service Management toolset.

    Reporting to the Change & ITSM Product Manager and working with all IT teams and partners.

    The IT Change Management analyst will have responsibility for assisting Change & ITSM Product Manager in activities required to facilitate BCA Change Management process.

    Key Responsibilities Assistance in day to day Change Management administration and reporting and meeting activities.

    Updating Documentation, service library, catalogue and other systems associated with changes to products, infrastructureEffectively help manage the end-to-end change lifecycle and identify process improvements where possible.

    Identification and allocation of relevant change approvalsConducting & verifying post implementation reviews, investigating issues arising out of change implementationReporting of change to both internal and customer management teams as requiredProduction of Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Forward Schedule of Change (FSC) reports & minutesParticipate in internal & customer end to end user groups to improve the efficiency of future deliveries and business processesThe Change Analyst will help drive continuous improvements to the quality and efficiency of the change management processEnsure operational teams adhere to the standards within the IT Service Management toolsetDeputising for Change & ITSM Product Manager where required.

    To undertake any other miscellaneous or non-recurring duties related to the role as and where required.

    Key Skills and Experience Extensive experience in working within an ITIL framework with a solid understanding of Change Management principles.

    Strong analytical capabilities, highly organised and excellent relationship management skillsShowing demonstrable leadership skills, including strong communication skills to all management levelsAbility to prioritise and effectively plan within a rapidly changing environmentAttention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasksStrong team playerA strong understanding of how people embrace and manage IT changeDemonstrable evidence of being adaptable, open to and seen as a driving force of effective IT change.

    Proven ability to engage and partner with senior stakeholders across any number of business functions.

    Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and a flexible "can-do" attitudeAbility to influence others at all levels of the organisation, whilst moving towards a common vision or goalComprehensive understanding of ITSM processes (preferably with ServiceNow)Proven ability to gain and interpret data into meaningful outcomesStrong analytic, decision making abilities and problem-solving skills – particularly demonstrating a creative approach to problem solvingRational & calm under pressurePlease note that only applications submitted in English will be considered.
