    Italian Speaking Helpdesk

    We are seeking an experienced Italian speaking professional to provide support and assistance to clients and users of various websites. The candidate should be proficient in handling email inquiries, messaging channels (WhatsApp, chat etc.) and have a basic understanding of computer science.


    • Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheet above all)
    • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form

    The successful candidate will work from our office based in Funchal, Madeira (Portugal) with the possibility of flexible working hours.
