The mission of the Information Security area of the Jeronimo Martins Group is to guarantee the implementation and continuity of the Information Security Strategy, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of business information, as well as to periodically assess the conformity of the organization with the Information Security Policies and Standards in force, guaranteeing the management of Information Security risks in the respective country in harmony with the company's Risk Management Policy the company's Risk Management Policy.

Cybersecurity Analyst has the mission of monitoring Cybersecurity threats to detect incidents in early stages and minimize its consequents.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor and analyze security events to prevent and detect security incidents.
Manage security incidents as appropriate, interfacing with endusers, escalating to manager or IT teams as necessary.
Identify internal and external threats and trends through open and premium sources and propose mitigation measures.
Assess the configuration of Security Systems and propose improvements.
Conduct preventive cybersecurity controls to minimise the likelihood of incidents.
Provide line management with regular metrics on activities performed.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Technology/Computer Systems Engineering.
Good understanding of IT infrastructures. Knowledge of Security Systems, particularly SIEM and security technical analysis.
Good level of spoken and written English.
Minimum 1 year experience in cybersecurity role, preferably in incident management / SOC.
