Job Description:

Anti-Fraud Agent, conducting quality review on rule performance as well as support quality audits for structured tasks.

Your Job Is Great:

Review of fraud model outputs
Review of escalated cases from customer care
Review of other tickets generated by risk rules / models
QA review of model accuracy, review of BPO performance

Required profile:

At least 2 years of experience in trust & safety/ antifraud.
Experience in data analyst/internal auditing role in an ecommerce or tech company is a plus.
A technical degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Sciences, Maths or risk management is more preferred but not a must.
Experience in SQL or other data handling tools [Pass SQL test is a must]
English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills is a must.
Ability to make sound and logical judgement calls independently when presented with difficult decisions, especially when only partial information is available.
Ability to take initiative in a fastmoving environment.
Able to work independently but also an advocate for team player
