We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Project Manager to join our team in Portugal, in our Lisbon office, to lead a variety of projects, events, and initiatives aimed at creating business opportunities and enhancing the brand's presence in Portugal.


Role Overview:


As a Project Manager at Time Out Portugal, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects and events that align with our brand's objectives and values.

You will lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and operational excellence to maximize the impact of our projects and events on our audience and partners.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, budget, and risk management strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate crossfunctional teams, ensuring effective collaboration among internal departments and external partners.
  • Manage the execution of events, from concept to completion, including logistics, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify and create business opportunities for the brand, leveraging events and projects to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to inform project strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the media, entertainment, or events industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects and events from conception to completion.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Portuguese and English.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for the Time Out brand and city life.
