Our client is a prominent organization specializing in Real Estate and Asset Management.

As part of its ongoing structural and business expansion, the company is actively seeking to onboard an Office Manager/Executive Assistant.

We are in search of a proactive and dynamic professional with strong critical thinking skills, who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • To be the Front Desk/ reception of our Lisbon office
  • Answering calls on the office landline and managing post correspondence
  • Managing the companies F&B and Stationary purchases and stocks
  • Organizing and booking meetings
  • Booking flights and hotels on behalf of senior executives
  • Helping hosting clients and other external visitors to our office including preparing meeting rooms, beverages, finger food lunches etc
  • Supervising that office protocols are met by everyone, including cleanliness, organization etc
  • Helping to organize company events (ex: as dinner parties, offsites, etc)


  • Helping in KYC

  • Know Your Customer processes
  • Helping the finance department registering and organizing invoices
  • Providing help in the execution of powerpoint presentations a plus

Profile:


  • Minimum 3 year professional experience with similar responsibilities;
  • Fluency in the English language (spoken and written);
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools;
  • Responsible, autonomous, organized and communicative profile.
