- Formação em contabilidade, gestão, economia, auditoria ou equivalente
- Experiência comprovada em Contas a Receber ou cargo similar mínimo 2 anos;
- Idioma: Inglês fluente (outro idioma é uma mais valia)
- Experiência em SAP ou outros sistemas ERP similares
- Manter a alocação diária correta de todos os recebimentos, juntamente como a verificação, classificação e registo de dados;
- Garantir o respeito pelas políticas financeiras, procedimentos contabilísticos e padrões da empresa;
- Identificar, indicar desvios e reportar ao Gerente das Contas a Receber;
- Garantir o bom relacionamento operacional, no dia a dia, com clientes e fornecedores;
- Analisar e justificar Contas clientes e Saldos de Clientes;
- Investigar ativamente e resolver irregularidades em pagamentos recebidos e clientes abrir itens;
- Gerar e entregar relatórios de atividades (relatórios de fecho) e departamentos internos.
