Do you want to join an international virtual workplace team of 30+ virtual desktop experts managing 20+ Citrix farms for users?

Keyrus is looking for a
Citrix Specialist to join the Workplace Virtualization team including design and integration of new and future technologies, project and BAU support.

Working closely with other Workplace & Infrastructure technical, project and product, this role will involve the delivery of strategic direction and expansion of the company's Virtual desktop infrastructure as well as a strong design and integration mindset to support any future move to a true cloud based service.

How the day by day looks like in this job

Contribute significantly to the
development and maintenance of the Virtual Desktop roadmap**, collaborating with Tech Specialists and architects;
Formulate compelling
business cases for the use of appropriate desktop platforms to local and global customers;
Ensure all relevant project proposals align with the global strategy, optimizing user experience and effectiveness;

Provide guidance, support, and consultancy to Tech Specialists within the team;

Maintain expertise by collaborating with other Group Operations teams and thirdparty vendors, staying on top of internal strategies and emerging technologies;

Track technical debt diligently and proactively
provide solutions to mitigate challenges, ensuring the virtual desktop environment is robust, efficient, and aligned with best practices.

For this specific job we need people with:

Proven experience in Citrix, including
Citrix Cloud,
Citrix Xen Desktop 7.x plus legacy products
Advanced knowledge of
Active Directory and
Windows Server:
Previous experience with
ESX,
Powershell,
Microsoft App-V and
Ivanti Appsense:
Effective communication and strong collaboration skills
Analytical thinking and problemsolving skills
A good level of French is a plus

Must be a Portuguese or European citizen or having a work permit for Portugal
