    O que procuramos nesta posição?

    Procuramos colaboradores eficientes, interessados e proativos.


    Devem falar inglês e ter uma boa capacidade de sugestão de produtos, tal como boas aptidões socias para contribuir para a fidelização de clientes.

    As responsabilidades e características procuradas num colaborador para esta posição são:

    • Atingir a máxima satisfação do cliente através de um serviço padronizado e de encontro às necessidades do cliente;
    • Providenciar o menu aos clientes e dar sugestões que tornem o serviço rápido e com qualidade;
    • Servir os clientes de acordo com os passos de serviço;
    • Montar e configurar as mesas como padronizado para os diferentes eventos;
    • Trabalhar em conjunto com o staff da cozinha e do bar;
    • Seguir os procedimentos de HACCP;
    • Ter conhecimento de todos os produtos que vende;
    • Ser uma excelente representação da marca e fidelizar clientes.

    Os pré-requisitos desta posição são:

    • Deve falar inglês fluente;
    • Experiência a lidar com críticas e saber tornalas em elogios quando possível;
    • Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência na área;
    • Experiência a sugerir produtos ou em vendas;
    • Excelente capacidade de comunicação;
    • Excelente a tomar atenção a detalhes e a antecipar as necessidades do clientes;
    • Deverá ter o 9 ano e ser capaz de comunicar eficientemente em português;
    • Deverá falar bem inglês e se possível conseguir falar o básico ou o intermédio de francês;
    • Deverá ter conhecimento e experiência com termos gastronómicos mais comuns que certos clientes poderão usar;
    • Deverá ter experiência na realização de eventos;
