- Network service management and incident follow-up/escalation with ATM/POS vendors (Cash in Transit Companies (CIT), site contacts, maintenance suppliers, Telecommunications and Security companies).
- ATM/POS network maintenance activities' management (preventive maintenance, software updates, corrective patches).
- Analyse & Report ATM/POS network performance.
- Collaboration with Euronet Central Operations teams to solve/mitigate potential incidents.
- Vendors Contract Management and SLA control/mitigation.
- ATM/POS Inventory management in company's databases.
- A degree in IT or Information Systems would be considered a plus, but not essential.
- Previous working experience in Operations or Network monitoring functions, preferably in sectors as banking, financial services, telecommunications.
- Fluency in Portuguese and very good English language skills (both verbal and written).
- Valid category B driving license.
- Must have legal right to work in European Union without a visa sponsorship.
- Computer literacy in MS Office.
- Very good communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Results orientation and can-do mentality.
- Problem-solving skills and time management skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proactive in anticipating problems and potential solutions well in advance.
