The role is a great opportunity to become part of our international Operations team, in an innovative and rapidly expanding Financial Services and Payment Provider company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Network service management and incident follow-up/escalation with ATM/POS vendors (Cash in Transit Companies (CIT), site contacts, maintenance suppliers, Telecommunications and Security companies).
• ATM/POS network maintenance activities' management (preventive maintenance, software updates, corrective patches).
• Analyse & Report ATM/POS network performance.
• Collaboration with Euronet Central Operations teams to solve/mitigate potential incidents.
• Vendors Contract Management and SLA control/mitigation.
• ATM/POS Inventory management in company's databases.

Requirements

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree in IT or Information Systems would be considered a plus, but not essential.
• Previous working experience in Operations or Network monitoring functions, preferably in sectors as banking, financial services, telecommunications.
• Fluency in Portuguese and very good English language skills (both verbal and written).
• Valid category B driving license.
• Must have legal right to work in European Union without a visa sponsorship.
• Computer literacy in MS Office.
