Key Responsibilities

Data Architecture Design:

Work with key functional and technical stakeholders to develop a comprehensive data architecture that supports the organisation's data management and analytics goals, taking into account our current and future systems landscape.

Analytics Solutions:
Collaborate with functional data specialists and analysts to design analytics solutions that leverage the organisation's data assets effectively.

Data Governance and Security:
Implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and security throughout the data lifecycle.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define data access controls and privacy measures, adhering to relevant data regulations and industry best practices.

Project Management:
Participate in data-related projects and initiatives, providing technical leadership, guidance, and support to ensure successful project delivery

Performance Optimisation:
Continuously optimize data and analytics processes for enhanced performance and reduced latency. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for data processing and analysis efficiency.

Technology Evaluation:
Stay abreast of emerging data technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and methodologies to improve the data and analytics infrastructure.

Documentation and Communication:

Create detailed technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and presentations to effectively communicate data architecture designs and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
