Contribuir para o alinhamento da cultura e valores da Capwatt;
Agir como um ativo exemplar no cumprimento das normas de Qualidade e Segurança;
Realizar auditorias de segurança aos ativos em fase de exploração e/ou construção;
Identificar perigos, avaliar riscos profissionais e propor/desenvolver processos de controlo;
Investigar e analisar acidentes e quase acidentes de trabalho;
Elaborar Planos de Segurança e Saúde (PSS) e/ou procedimentos de segurança;
Acompanhar e participar nas auditorias ao Sistema de Gestão Integrado;
Cooperar na elaboração e implementação de Planos de Segurança Internos/Medidas de Autoprotecção;
Acompanhar a gestão documental;
Realizar e coordenar a aquisição equipamentos de proteção individual;
Realizar formações internas promovendo medidas de prevenção;
Dinamizar e motivar a equipa Capwatt para boas práticas relacionadas com a segurança.
Requisitos:
Formação Superior em Engenharia, preferencial formação Superior em Segurança no Trabalho, Engenharia de Segurança ou similar; A qualificação do técnico superior de segurança no trabalho enquadrada entre os níveis 6 a 8, consoante a respectiva habilitação académica;
Experiência profissional mínima de 4 anos em função similar;
Experiência profissional no setor das energias renováveis (preferencial);
Conhecimento de legislação no âmbito da qualidade e segurança no trabalho;
Capacidade de elaborar e avaliar procedimentos de trabalho;
Conhecimento e prática em metodologias de avaliação de riscos;
Conhecimento das Normas ISO 45001 e ISO 9001;
Conhecimento de ferramentas Office;
Fluência em Espanhol e Inglês (preferencial);
Capacidade de executar as funções com autonomia técnica;
Sólida capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
Capacidade de adaptação a mudanças e a diferentes contextos;
Capacidade de organização e planeamento;
Disponibilidade para deslocações.
