A empresa onde vai trabalharPrestigiada entidade inserida no setor industrial procura Marketing Director para liderar a sua equipa de Marketing e Comunicação.
A sua nova função Definir e executar o plano estratégico de Marketing; Realizar estudos de mercado e acompanhar tendências; Supervisionar a criação de conteúdo; Gerir campanhas de Marketing online e offline; Organização de eventos e participação em feiras nacionais e internacionais; Colaborar com outras áreas da empresa para garantir a integração das iniciativas de Marketing; Analisar métricas e KPIs para avaliar o desempenho das campanhas e ajustar as estratégias conforme necessário; Elaborar relatórios de desempenho com foco em resultados, análises de mercado, ROI e recomendações estratégicas.
O que necessita para ser bem-sucedido Formação superior em Marketing, Comunicação ou área similar; Experiência mínima de 5 anos em cargos de liderança na área de Marketing no ramo industrial; Domínio da língua inglesa obrigatório e domínio de mais línguas será um plus; Capacidade de análise e interpretação de dados de mercado; Excelentes habilidades de comunicação.
