You'll collaborate with world-class experts across domains to build high-impact digital solutions that accelerate research, streamline operations, and empower better patient outcomes.As Automation Support Developer, you will you work as a technologist to support and resolve day to day issues across a wide variety of solutions partnering with a diverse international team. You will have the ability to cross train on core technologies and further develop your skills in the areas that interest you most. In this vital role you will:* Exposure to any of the following technical areas: Integration/ETL/Informatica, CSharp, Planisware, Tableau, Cognos, Mulesoft, Sharepoint, Desktop Installation, One Trust, Dynatrace, Cloud Computing (AWS/ Microsoft Azure/GCP), Python, DevOps, Java, .NET, Salesforce* Experience in reading/understanding Quick Reference Guides or Knowledgebase Documents (QRGs and KBs) and knowledge articles regarding application support and maintenance* Familiar with Agile principles and processes* Leverage best practices, disciplined approaches, and standards to solving technical problems.* Perform application monitoring, debug, optimization, and refinement.* Apply standard methodologies and experience to build, develop and customize applications* Conduct software preventative maintenance (SRT testing), patching, and upgrades where required* Respond to adhoc application service and reporting requests* Manage Incident response and resolution* Work in a fast-paced changing environment, under pressure, balancing multiple assignments simultaneously## WIN**WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU**We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
