What you'll be doing at Webhelp

Contact customers to introduce new products
Enhance the customer's experience in using the product
Insert new customer data and process it in the back office
Meet and exceed contractual goals

We'll be a great match if you:

Have a high level of French (written and oral:
Have previous experience as a customer consultant
Have sales and upselling skills
Have Analytical ability
