- Requirements analysis, architecture, design, and implementation for customer projects based on our product platform ORCA (Open Reading Coding Architecture), a distributed system with real-time requirements:
- Development of concepts and architectures for workflow systems based on the ORCA platform
- Creation of component-based system concepts and architectures
- Consultancy and support in software development, design of software components, implementation and testing
- System analysis in the areas of statistics services, operational quality, test automation infrastructure and other ORCA components
- Support with system integration and testing through to customer acceptance.
- Specialised knowledge and at least one year of practical experience with complex distributed systems
- Expertise and at least two years of hands-on experience with real-time processing, high performance throughput and high availability aspects.
- Strength in conceptual work, analytical thinking and methodical way of working
- Outstanding skills in analysing and specifying components and their interfaces, including design patterns
- Programming languages Python, and C++
- Experience with protocols/middleware SQL, JSON, XML, JMS, JDBC, clustering, JEE, JSP, JNI, MQTT, Kafka, WebServices, Swagger
- Strong ability to work independently, but also in a team, and to communicate concepts and solutions
- Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, Cassandra, OpenSearch.
