Your mission:

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a
Curricular Internship - Network Operations Center (W/M).

Your role:

Ability to interpret technical requests and ensure that all relevant detail is captured in order to progress requests;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to follow and complete support procedures, system documentation, and issuetracking entries.

Your profile:

Fluency in English is a must;
Having a technical course is a plus;
Basic Knowledge on Networking is a plus;
Basic knowledge on Cisco Networking;
CCNA is a Plus.
