  • Job Purpose
Performs expediting activities in order to guarantee the supply conformity against the contractual requirements during the Purchase Order execution in terms of delivery date

  • Job Description
  • Performs Expediting visits and issues the QCS Project deliverable (Expediting Report)
  • Verifies the supply conformity against the contractual requirements during the Purchase Order (PO) execution in terms of delivery date
  • Highlights any potential critical path/event that might cause a shifting of delivery date, requesting to the Supplier the implementation of adequate corrective actions and ensuring the necessary follow up of the actions settled
  • Examines and checks all expediting and shop inspection reports
  • Prepares and completes any particular forms and technical specifications required for the Project, as well as the coordination of any Third Party Inspection Authority to be involved in the project shop inspection activities
  • Contributes to preparation of supplier and 3rd Party Agencies performance evaluations with the contribution of more senior colleagues
  • Visits suppliers and issues an expediting report, notifying any needs or clarifications required by Suppliers

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in related field
