Your mission:

This is a full-time, work-from-home role based in Portugal.
The base salary for this position is 13,250 eur. You will receive a 20 EUR internet allowance monthly and the meal allowance is 7.63 EUR per day


About the role

What you'll be doing

  • You'll support them from start to finish, troubleshooting their problems and answering their questions.
  • You can identify and assess the customer's needs to provide the best possible support. You can consistently input data entry accurately, through the appropriate operating systems.

Your profile:


  • You are fluent in English both in written and verbal communications.
  • You have previous Customer Service experience.
  • You are a good multitasker due to your strong organisational skills
  • You are calm under pressure, and show empathy when dealing with customers
  • You have strong interpersonal skills including active listening.
  • You can perform all duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner at all times.
  • You can maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, and punctuality.
  • You have great attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • You want to pursue the personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
