    Customer Service Agent - Centralized Mailbox


    As a customer service agent in our Shared Service Center Recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing a centralized mailbox and assigning inbound customer queries. Your goal is to provide timely and effective solutions to customers by prioritizing their inquiries, investigating issues through liaison with internal departments via phone or email, upholding credits in the rental system when necessary.


    Main Responsibilities:



    • Manage centralised mailboxes effectively ensuring all incoming customer enquiries are efficiently assigned.

    • Prioritize and respond promptly to address each query while escalating where required.

    • Liaise closely with cross-functional teams using phone calls & emails communication channels appropriately based on urgency level needed so as not delay action plans taking place within company premises according availability schedule personnel available responding those emergencies simultaneously avoiding delays efficiency performance increased significantly maintaining services' standard continuity throughout operating hours daily continuously serving clients timely manner expected behavior exhibiting professionalism courtesy empathy whilst handling stressful situations always keeping open lines verbal nonverbal body language clear concise direct unambiguous immediate help provided both parties whenever possible.
