- Liderar a função de gestão de riscos e prevenção de corrupção;
- Contribuir para apoiar o Conselho de Administração e a Comissão Executiva na eficácia da governação;
- Assegurar o cumprimento Normativo em matéria de prevenção de corrupção
- Monitorizar a exposição ao risco verificando se o nível de risco se encontra alinhado com a política definida;
- Definir políticas e perfil de risco para o grupo dst e para cada uma das empresas que o integram individualmente;
- Desenvolver metodologias e métricas que garantam a correta avaliação dos riscos;
- Elaborar reportes internos para os riscos materialmente relevantes;
- Elaborar normas internas ou manuais de gestão de risco a serem adotados pela Sociedade;
- Garantir a adequação dos processos e a manutenção das matrizes de riscos e controlos;
- Assegurar a constante atualização das metodologias utilizadas, procurando continuamente oportunidades de melhoria.
- Formação académica superior relevante para a função, preferencialmente Licenciatura em Economia, Gestão, Direito ou Dupla Licenciatura em Direito e em Gestão;
- Experiência profissional superior a 3 anos, relevante para a função;
- Conhecimentos elevados, ao nível oral e escrito, da língua inglesa.
- Capacidade analítica e pensamento espírito crítico;
- Capacidade de liderança;
- Capacidade para trabalhar em equipa;
- Elevado sentido de responsabilidade;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
- Fortes competências de planeamento, organização e controlo.
