    OSCAR is an on-demand home services app, offering over 150 fixed-price tasks such as repair, cleaning, and laundry, within a 30-minute reach.

    As our Head of Growth, you'll orchestrate a data-driven strategy to amplify user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all our markets.

    This includes fostering a culture of customer-centricity and building robust communication channels to keep our users informed and engaged.


    About the role:

    • Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring fiscal responsibility and long-term sustainability;
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the budgeting process, working closely with department heads and country managers to create accurate financial forecasts and plans;
    • Financial Reporting: Generate regular financial reports, providing insights into the company's financial health and performance to support strategic decision-making;
    • Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with financial regulations.



    About you:

    • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or related roles;
    • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis techniques;
    • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making;
    • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements, with the ability to ensure adherence to legal and regulator standards;
    • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, providing financial guidance and support to colleagues across the organization;
    • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where priorities may shift and new challenges emerge regularly;
    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis.
