Define and classify IT assets according to business continuity requirements.
Develop, review, and ensure the effectiveness of IT Continuity Plans (IC Plan).
Support the preparation, execution, and validation of recovery tests, ensuring centralized evidence collection.
Monitor resilience risks and track the implementation of associated corrective action plans.
ServiceNow Deployment & Governance
Monitor the deployment of the IT Continuity service module in line with the Group Roadmap.
Manage annual reviews (ASC) and approval workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
Calculate and monitor performance and compliance indicators for IT resilience.
Provide guidance to international teams (Tribes, GIE Cardif, Asset Managers) on continuity topics.
Implement follow-up procedures for third-party resilience in coordination with the TPTRP team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years in the IT field, specifically focused on IT Continuity & Resilience.
In-depth knowledge of IT Risk frameworks and Business Continuity standards.
Practical experience with ServiceNow, preferably within the GRC/IRM modules.
Ability to align internal processes with the DORA regulation and Group policies.
Strong ability to evaluate risks and provide formal advice or decision-making support.
