Kelly Services is recruiting
Head of Marketing for an international reference group that operates in several activity sectors in the Lisbon area.

Responsibilities:

Initiate, formulate and implement the longterm marketing strategy to deliver the growth and market share objectives;
Develop and execute clear and compelling marketing plans for corporate promotion and launching of new products, among others;
Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently;
Monitor progress and submit performance reports;
Increase engagement and produce breakthrough content for the company's presence in the different platforms and supports;
Gather market insights ensuring uptodate business intelligence and indepth knowhow to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements;
Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects;
Become the organization's agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships;
Develop relationships with content creators and relevant influencers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Management (similar);
Previous experience in similar functions (minimum 5 years);
Proficiency in English;
Have a clear understanding of the trends and the social media landscape;
Proven and successful experience in SEO/SEM, web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), remarketing and social media;
Customercentric;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Effective communication and organization skills;
Strong analytic and problemsolving skills;
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
