IT Support

Responsibilities

Elaboration of the infrastructure and security management document;
Develop and maintain hardware and software inventory;
Manage access at the network and database level;
Administer access to physical information files stored on magnetic, optical or printed media;
Implement controls for information systems, including investigation and implementation of security updates (service pack, fixes, etc.);
Develop authorization and authentication procedures;
Monitor compliance with security policy and procedures in the information assets for which it is responsible;
Investigate security breaches and incidents;
Train employees on information security aspects in new technologies or systems implemented;
Assist and manage backup, recovery and system continuity plans;
Establish the basic users folder system to automate the backup copy process;
Determine the maximum lifetime of backup copies (Undefined, temporary);
Modify, according to the organization's instructions, the computer security protocol if necessary.

Skills

Minimum experience of 2 years in the areas of networks and systems administration
Experience in Networking (TCP/IP, configurations and Troubleshooting)
Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11, 2016 and 2019)
Experience in Linux operating systems
Knowledge of Hyper-V
CompTIA Network+
Network and asset mapping
Active Directory / Azure AD
Experiencie with Microsoft Endpoint/Intune and Microsoft Defender
Experience with Microsoft 36
Experience in backup managment (Veeam)
Troubleshooting level 1 and 2 Service Requests
