Functions:
Lead and manage cross-functional teams through all phases of new product development, from initial concepts to product launch; Oversee the product development process and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification; Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans; Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, marketing, sales, and manufacturing; Be involved in the design, development, and testing of new products; Develop and implement new product development processes and tools; Prepare and deliver project presentations and status reports; Oversee product launch activities and ensure smooth market entry


Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing; More than 3 years' professional experience in a similar role; Experience in product development, such as product design, engineering, or marketing; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Good analytical and problem-solving skills; Proactivity and resilience
