Role Overview

  • Beyond is looking for a
    Senior IT Support Technician to join our team in Europe. This individual will support our staff in developing worldclass solutions for our clients.

As a Senior IT Support Technician, you'll focus on evolving our IT practice in the following areas:


  • IT HelpDesk Support: Provide efficient and effective resolution of IT issues.

Equipment Procurement & Provisioning: Oversee the acquisition and setup of IT hardware.

Mobile Device Management: Ensure efficient management of devices within the organization.
-
Systems Integration & Automation: Implement and maintain system integrations and automate processes where applicable.

AI Application in IT: Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance IT tools and operations.
-
Collaboration with CyberSecurity: Work closely with the CyberSecurity function of the parent company and contribute to the Information Security Management Systems.


As a Senior IT Support Technician, we'd look for you to be able to bring:


  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IT, with a background in mid-sized companies.
-
Expertise in Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in Google Cloud, AWS, and SaaS management.

Autonomy & Proactivity: Ability to work independently while aligning with the North American IT function.
-
Technological Proficiency: High exposure to Google Workspace, MacOS, Kandji, JAMF (or similar), Integrations, and Automations.
-
Communication Skills: High proficiency in English (both written and oral).
-
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capability in identifying issues and formulating effective solutions.

Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

Change Management: Skilled in implementing and managing change in IT operations.

Information Security Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and policies.
