_Sales Program Specialist - Process Associate - Swedish - Hybrid Lisbon_

_Our Strategic Sales team is responsible for delivering on programs and processes that drive growth in our segment of advertisers. As a Strategic Sales Specialist you will support innovative scalable sales programs across a diverse set of customers, focusing on driving revenue and product adoption._

_Responsibilities_

- **
_Drive revenue for our client by supporting scalable sales programs across a variety of direct clients and agencies._
_ _
_Drive product adoption and educate clients and agencies in a scalable fashion._
_ _
_Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service._
_ _
_Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic services and programs._
_ _
_Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services. _
_Preferred Requirements:
_

- **
_Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing. _
_Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying. _
_Experience working in a sales or account management role with small businesses. _
_Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals. _
_Passion for social media/entertainment marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up._

_Minimum qualifications_

_Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study._
_ _
_Relevant years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience. _
_Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment. _
_Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist. _
_Excellent communication and presentation skills. _
_A team player and collaborator._

_Proficient level of English and one of the following (Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian) min C1._
