We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Accounts Receivable (AP) Intern to join our newly established Shared Services Center. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multinational environment while working closely with experienced professionals & contributing to technological advancements and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing/Credits;

• Collections (aging reports);

• Management of the customer collection process according to the defined schedule;

• Credit Management;

• Cash Application;

• Completion of period closure activities for accounts receivable (e.g., clearing of accounts receivable, reclassification of debtors/creditors, provisions for uncollectible debts);

• Monitoring of internal control systems;

• Development of process documentation.

Qualifications (Education, experience and skills):

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or equivalent qualification;

• Eligible for IEFP internship;

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Outlook and Excel);

• Language proficiency: fluent in English and an additional European language;

• Communication skills and spirit of cooperation;

• High level of responsibility and rigor;

• Ability to work in a team, with a good sense of a multinational company and different cultures.
