Vertente Humana is currently recruiting French Customer Service Representatives for a renowned Multinacional Company located in Oporto.

Responsabilities:

Customer support for banking and Ecommerce services.

Profile:

Good written and verbal communication skills in French (mandatory);
Good computer and internet skills;
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Offer:

Work contract directly with the company;
Paid Training;
Above average salary;
Initial and continuous training;
Annual bonus.

Schedule:

Full-time between 8 a.m and 7 p.m. (Rotative schedules and rotative days off)
