Role Description:

You will be part of a growing team responsible for assuring that all software produced by us to our clients is delivered with high quality.

In this role you will contribute to build testing process and influence the implementation of best practices.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a Scrum team in an Agile development process.

Ideally, your profile looks somewhat like this:

5 years' experience in a QA role;
Have past experience in leading QA teams (Functional /Automation);
Help on interview and hiring process;
Mentor team members on QA best practices and processes;
Lead team continuous feedback and performance review;
Have good knowledge in planning, designing and writing tests;
Help on the selection of the best tools and processes that match the project goals
Work closely with the development, design and project management teams to improve quality on existing projects;
Be a quality advocate.

If you have some of these following skills that will be considered a plus:

Experience with automation tools and performance testing tools;
Fluent English;
ISTQB Certification.
