About the job

  • We are looking for an experienced IT Project Management Officer with Financial Analyst skills to oversee and manage various projects within our organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard

Your Main Activities Are

  • Monitor actuals vs. budget for Cash Equities, PnL, Depreciation & Investment
  • Manage cost management control and investigations to ensure project budgets are adhered to
  • Oversee the invoicing process management to ensure accuracy and timely submission of invoices
  • Manage asset creation and writeoffs to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Report on budget, tracking actuals, and savings for each project
  • Manage project portfolio management activities, including allocation view by business lines and manday bookings
  • Reconcile headcount with finance to ensure accurate headcount reporting
  • Contribute and generate value to the organization by avoiding costs and finding cost saving opportunities by creating the expected deliverables: Reporting & Analysis, Monthly Control Reports, Financial Control Steering Packs and Adhoc analysis (Investment trend, Depreciation ladder, Allocation views to GBL, PnL and Cash simulation)

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, IT PMO or related role, preferably within the financial industry
  • Ability to effectively convey complex information with simple, high impact communication, at all levels of the organisation
  • Experience in

Financial Management:
Forecasting and Budgeting

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial reporting
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
