Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Booking & Roadtrip Sales Intern to join our growing team. You will engage with prospective and existing customers who have shown interest in booking a campervan but did not complete the process, or customers looking to enhance their existing bookings with add-ons, extras, or insurance. This role is based in our Lisbon HQ.Responsibilities
- Contact customers identified through commercial leads who have not completed their campervan booking online.
- Engage with customers who have existing bookings but have searched for extras, such as insurance, additional kilometres, or other services, to encourage them to finalise the purchase.
- Reach out to customers who travelled with us 9 months ago, (both first-party and third-party campers) to promote new trips and special offers for the upcoming year.
