Your responsibilities:
- In your role you will be responsible for the execution and supervision of construction sites
- You will organize the opening of the construction site (office, IT supplies, work passes, entry permits, etc.) taking into account the contract, specifications and the customer/project standards
- You are responsible for the management of a construction site section and instruct and guide employees (internal & external) regarding work safety regulations, control of work results, etc.
- Together with the safety specialist, you are responsible for occupational safety on the construction site and create and maintain current risk assessments
- You will be responsible for carrying out and monitoring assembly work. This includes the execution and control of commissioning, in terms of content and personnel, as well as the preparation of a capacity forecast
- You define the assembly sequence taking into account the time schedule
- You are the central contact person for the customer and project manager for the construction site section

Your profile:
- You have completed an apprenticeship in the technical and industrial field and have completed a corresponding further training
- You have experience in dealing with customers as well as in field assembly, ideally also abroad
- You can demonstrate organizational and leadership experience
- You have initiative, flexibility, an independent and solution oriented way of working as well as distinctive, proven organizational and leadership skills
- You have a good command of written and spoken English, further foreign language skills are an advantage. German language skills are advantageous
- You are willing to travel both nationally and internationally
