    O objetivo maior passa por criar relações duradouras e de confiança quegarantam o desenvolvimentopessoal eprofissional de cada Xpander.

    Quais as principais responsabilidades? Enquanto Talent Acquisition Specialist serás parte integrante da equipa de Talent Acquisition da Xpand IT.

    Terás como principal responsabilidade apoiar a equipa de Talent Acquisition, contribuindo para o seu sucesso e garantindo que as necessidades de aquisição de talento da empresa são correspondidas.

    Irás proativamente desenhar e executar sessões de esclarecimento a potenciais candidatos garantindo simultaneamente a construção de uma base de contactos sólida e a melhorCandidate Experience.

    Procurar ativamente candidatospara as necessidades de recrutamento da empresa em todos os momentosAgendar e realizar entrevistasde triagem e exploratóriasAjudar adefinir e executar estratégias locais e globais de sourcing,a fim deatrair talentos de tecnologiaem todo o mundo enutrir candidatos durante o processoApoiar a equipa de Talent Acquisitionproporcionando suporte a todos os seus elementos, de forma a dar resposta às necessidades de recrutamento das diferentes unidades da empresaApoiar a equipa de Talent Acquisitionem todas as atividades inerentes aoprocesso de Candidate ExperienceColaborar com os Talent Acquisition Specialists paraacompanhar a evolução e necessidades de recrutamento de todos os departamentos da Xpand ITSugerir canais, parceiros e formas inovadoraspara alcançar potenciais candidatosSugerir e participar em váriasiniciativas de recrutamentoLicenciatura ou equivalente, de preferência emGestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia das Organizações, Ciências Sociais ou similaresExperiência na Área de RH / Recrutamento de TIExperiência derecrutamento de perfis técnicos e tecnológicosExperiência comLinkedIn e outros canais especializadosBoa capacidade decomunicaçãoExperiência profissional em áreas especializadas em Tecnologias de InformaçãoCapacidade defoco e de atenção a todos os detalhesProfissionalismo, organização e sentido de responsabilidadeCapacidade para trabalhar comautonomiaCapacidade de análise e de resolução de problemasCapacidade e facilidade emcriar empatia e em estabelecer relações de trabalho construtivas / colaborativasInglêsfluente, escrito e falado Flexibilidade e Trabalho Híbrido Seguro de Saúde
