    WHAT YOU'LL DO



    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings/events, and coordinate travel.
    Handle calls, prepare documents, and ensure seamless office operations.
    Translate documents and presentations, primarily English/Portuguese, and coordinate with our global Language Services or with external translation vendors.
    Proofread documents and presentations, ensuring accuracy and coherence.
    Collaborate with other administrative assistants to ensure the highest standard of work and supporting team members as needed.
    Involvement in internal projects and committees, alongside other ad-hoc tasks

    YOU'RE GOOD AT


    A degree and 1+ years in a similar role, with proficiency in English and Spanish.
    Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
    Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize.
    Strong communication skills and the capacity to handle confidential information discreetly.

    YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

    Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively.

    We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
