responsabilidades chave
You'll assist the customer through several channels regarding hotel reservations;
You'll provide information with regards to products/services available;
You'll help them with reservations, touristic attractions, hotels and anything else related to tourism;
You'll be the customers' best travel companion
competências
Dutch native or fluent speaker (mandatory);
Good knowledge of English;
High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
Excellent communication skills;
Fiber optic internet connection and an Ethernet Cable are mandatory.
principais benefícios- Salary package of 1800€ gross/month (base salary language bonus 100 + performance bonus 100)
- Meal allowance of 6€ net per working day (approx. 132,00€ net per month)
- Health insurance
- Schedule from 08am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday
- You can work from home, or work in the office, if you live in Porto.
- Start date for June 2023
