Customer Support Agent - Dutch speaker (remote from mainland Portugal)

How your day-to-day in this role would look like:

Creating cases in a CRM environment
Troubleshooting customer queries in relation to different domains such as; performance, technical, and functional
Offline researching underlying causes of presented issues by the clients
Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments

Requirements:

What do you need to be successful at this job?

Native level of written and verbal communication skills in
Dutch:
B2/C1 level in English
Availability to work in rotating shifts
Good computer skills
Customer support/ technical support experience will be a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
