Our client is based in Lisbon and it's one of the biggest multinationals specialized in Customer Experience for some of the world's leading brands.
What will you do?:
- As a Customer Service Specialist with German or Dutch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by consistently providing solutions to the customers.
- Your responsibilities:
- You will manage reservations or online orders
- You will handle complaints and answer general queries
- You will collaborate with other departments
Who are we looking for?:
- You have a high level in German or Dutch
- You have an advanced level in English
- You're motivated to service endcustomers (B2C)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You're used to dealing with KPIs
- You're customeroriented
- You have good problemsolving skills
- You're experienced in Customer Service related fields (it's a plus)
