We are looking for a Scrum Master for agile Healthcare projects to join our Technology Team, focused on providing cutting - edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in Portugal and EMEIA Region.

What you can contribute - skills fand attributes or shaping the future

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills in German for both technical and business audiences.
Fluent English is a prerequisite. Knowledge of additional languages will be appreciated.
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work under tight timelines for multiple project deliveries.
Ability/flexibility to travel.

To qualify for the role you must have

Excellent academic background, including at a minimum a bachelor or a masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or other related field with strong IT focus.
Minimum of 25 years of working experience with preferably at least one project in a healthcare context and particular focus on conducting agile projects as a scrum master or project lead
Extensive knowledge of (agile) project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as the related frameworks, e.g. Scrum or SAFe.
Welldeveloped leadership and problemsolving skills, including the ability to help the team in handling failures and setbacks to the teams effective performance
Good understanding of system and (mobile/web based) software architectures to be able to effectively communicate with other stakeholders like software, infrastructure

- and security architects

Proven technical skills in various software platform environments e.g. for web and/or mobile development technologies

Ideally, you'll also have

Good understanding of german healthcare system landscapes and reference architectures in the area of hospitals, providers and/or payer/health insurances such as Telematik Infrastructure, KIS, PVS, LIMS etc.
Experience in working with healthcare specific data and interoperability formats such as HL7 / FHIR, OMOP, xDT or openEHR
Knowledge of Project delivery and Project Management methodologies like PMBOK, Prince2, PMI
